Critical Hurdles to Overcome
We have assessed that the Four major obstacles to our stated objectives are:

The prevailing rigid reliance on a published curriculum with prescribed textbooks for imparting education, which severely restricts and confines the foundation, mental growth and potential of a child especially at the pre primary and primary stage.

The overwhelming emphasis on frequent, repetitive examinations & evaluations which serve little purpose to the child’s future but on the contrary often have a great adverse impact on both the child and the family.

The inadequate mental capacity of educators to comprehend and fulfil how the children learn and empathise with their needs and aspirations

The poor quality of communication skills of those comprising the school education system.

THE SYSTEM
The National Education Policy 2020 has indicated the approach to and execution of education including that of school going children. The thoughts and views therein have emerged similar to our coverage and approach upto class 8 since 2008 which we had also copyrighted. Our teachers and system is therefore well trained and organized to successfully and effectively implement this major change.
At the Kindergarten Pre-School level

INTERACTION AND FEEDBACK

This school is a professional organization with an appropriate attitude to all aspects of its functioning.

Remedial classes for some children, requiring additional help or to complete their unfinished class work may be held after school hours/holidays at school and the parent is required to drop off & pick up the child for the remedial class on these days..

Our staff is motivated, cohesive, experienced and is continually trained on the job, with the freedom to be creative and innovative in fulfilling the organizational objectives as well as the objectives laid down for each class level.
